What are sensory kits and sensory fillers?

What are sensory fillers made of?
Our products may contain dried chickpeas, dried rice, dried pasta, dried beans and may contain wheat or egg.
All mixes are coated with non-toxic acrylic paint/non-toxic liquid watercolor/food coloring.
Colors may vary from batch to batch.
These products are definitely NOT for consumption. All products are intended for play only. Do not mix with water.
What is the target age group?
Our sensory bins and fillers are intended for ages 3+. Adult supervision is required especially if your child puts things to mouth and definitely not for consumption. Do not mix with water. All products are intended for play only.

How long do the sensory fillers last?
Sensory fillers are made to last a very long time if stored correctly. When not in use store in an airtight container. Store away from sunlight, heat and moisture.
Regularly inspect for wear and tear. Make sure to clean hands before and after playing.

What are potion kits?
Potion kits are crafted to be enchanting and boost your child's creativity and self-confidence. Prepare to brew, blend, and mix with this engaging and imaginative activity that allows your child to create their very own magical concoctions.
Each kit is intended for two children to ensure there is enough magical potion.
What are the ingredients?
All ingredients are non toxic and eco-friendly and our glitter is biodegradable.
List of Ingredients:
Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Magnesium Sulfate, Acetic Acid, Sodium Lauryl Suffoacetate, Clitoria Ternatea, Zea Mays var. Amylacea , Skim Milk Powder, Vegetable Oil, Citrus Limon, Aqua, Aromatherapy Oils, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, FD&C Colour, Biodegradable Eco Glitter

What is the target age group?
Potion kits are recommended for ages 4+ with adult supervision. Everyone older than this (including teens and adults) has the ability to unleash their magical potential!
*Younger children are more likely to empty the liquid tubes all at once, please encourage them to use smaller amounts, pour slowly or use the pipettes.

What to do with the potion when you are finished?
If your child does not want to part with their creations, you can bottle it back up in the plastic tubes with lids provided. Please use a strainer to take out the natural elements such as flower petals before you bottle to last longer.
Extend your play when materials run out by adding your own water, dish soap, lemon juice or vinegar and baking soda
You can pour your potions into your garden, green bin or down your sink. The ingredients are 100% biodegradable, even the glitter! (Salts may impact grass and plants, therefore dispose in a secluded area of your garden).
Can the materials be used in the bath?
Some of the ingredients are the same as ones used at bath time but please do not use them for this purpose. The magical reaction will not be impressive in a large quantity of water and these products have not been tested for bathing purposes.
General Questions Playdough
What are playdough kits?
Playdough provides a sensory and educational experience for children, fostering creativity. The squeezing, pinching, and pulling actions help build hand muscles and enhance fine motor skills. Furthermore, our non-toxic playdough comes in a variety of vibrant colors to stimulate visual senses and encourage imaginative play.
What is the target age group?
Playdough kits are recommended for ages 3+. Adult supervision is required especially if your child puts things to mouth and definitely not for consumption. All products are intended for play only. Choking Hazard. Contains small parts.
How to store?
Our playdough is at its best when used within 2 months from purchasing item. It can last up to 6 months or more if properly taken care of.
Keep playdough in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Place in cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
If playdough becomes dry and less pliable or salt crystals form add a couple drops of water and knead until desired consistency is achieved.
What are the ingredients?
Ingredients:
Flour, cream of tartar, salt, vegetable oil, food coloring, water
*Flour is heat treated in the oven prior to making the playdough

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! Free local pickup is in Lethbridge, AB. At checkout, select "Local Pickup". When your order is ready you will receive details for pickup (south Lethbridge).
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is roughly 3-5 days depending on what has been ordered. It can depend on the quantity and item ordered. All orders are made to order.
What is the delivery time?
Once your order has been shipped it will arrive in 1-9 business days depending on your location.

What is the cost for delivery?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated to your address and displayed at checkout.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.
If you have a PO Box, your order will be shipped with Canada Post.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we only ship within Canada.
Refunds
Returns and exchanges
Due to the care and time that goes into each handmade product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If your product happens to arrive damaged or there was an error in the order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through the "Contact Page", and we will be happy to assist you.
